Swim Meet MC

!!Our swim team needs you!!

We are looking for someone who loves to talk!

You must be very comfortable addressing a crowd of 200+ swimmers, volunteers and their families, DJ music, etc. If public speaking is your thing then come share your talents with us? All technical training, supplies and equipment will be provided as needed.

Dates needed: June 12th and Jun 26th

We accept either one person working an entire meet or two people, each working a meet half.

People Manager

Do you enjoy telling people what to do?

Are you bossy by nature and have a ‘take charge’ attitude?

Do enjoy being in and around the pool this summer?

Then this position is perfect for you!!

Our team has a Volunteer Coordinator/People Manager position available for our summer 2019 season. You will be responsible for notifying, scheduling and monitoring volunteers before and at our swim meets.

  • Attend our swim meets to monitor volunteer sign in and work
  • Contact volunteers as needed

Swim Team Coaching Assistant

Prior swim experience preferred but not required.

This is a volunteer opportunity that assists in training Beginner and 5-8 year old swimmers under the supervision of a Swim Coach.
It is a great opportunity to work with young children and be outdoors in May and June.

Skills
  • Assist with 5-8 year old and Beginner swimmer program instruction
  • Observe 5-8 year old swimmers training
  • Learn swim stroke rules
  • Execute instruction under direction of the coaches
  • Assist with team-building exercises
  • Perform any other related tasks and activities as instructed
